The Gravity Meditation 


Anxiety can show up even for the calmest of individuals.  Anxiety is your body’s way of prematurely preparing for something to go wrong, activating our defenses. It can feel like jumbled or racing thoughts, tightness or fluttering in your chest, or an intense hyper-focus on a situation or problem. As tough as this can be, it’s normal and at times healthy to have some anxiety but when anxiety feels prolonged or intense it can be difficult to enjoy certain aspects of life.

The Gravity Meditation is one of my favorite meditations to guide people through. The first time I did it myself, it was an immediate go-to when I felt anxious, or like my thoughts were moving too fast. This meditation will instantly help you feel calm and put you in a relaxed place. It’s amazing how a little meditation can go a very long way.
