Good Faith Estimate

The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a required cost estimate under the Federal "No Surprises Act." This means that as an out-of-network provider, I am obligated to inform you of the anticipated therapy costs. The bill was passed to protect consumers from unexpected medical charges. The cost of therapy services is $155 per hour and $20 for an additional 30 minutes. If you were to meet with me weekly, your anticipated yearly therapy cost would be $8,060. If we were to meet bi-weekly, the cost would be $4,030. Each session fee will be due at the time of service, and the card on file will be automatically charged by the end of the day or by the next business day. Please note that all GFE's are subject to change with the costs of therapy, and each client will receive at least a 30-day verbal and written notice.
